M4 Suite offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by M4 Suite LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, M4 SUITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless M4 Suite, M4 Suite LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
